- Vehicles are reasonably accessible at the time of appointment (driveways, parking spaces, or shop bays preferred).
- Personal belongings are removed from the interior (including gloveboxes, consoles, trunk/cargo areas).
- You communicate special requests or concerns at time of booking (e.g., "bad smell in backseat," "stain from coffee spill," "kids’ car seats will remain installed").
- All service times and pricing are general estimates. Final rates may vary based on:
  - Vehicle size
  - Soil level
  - Pet hair, stains, sap, oxidation, or specialty labor
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle's condition poses health or safety risks, or if on-site conditions (e.g., weather, access, behavior) prevent work from being completed properly.
- Services requiring polishing, coating, or deep cleaning may be rescheduled if weather or time does not allow for safe completion.
- Appointments are conducted on-site at your home, workplace, or designated location.
- No water or electricity access is required — Flagship Finish is 100% mobile and self-contained.
- Customers should remain reachable during the detail in case consultation or access is required
